How I use the information you share.

Joel Diamond operates this coaching pilot. Here is what happens when you use the free tools or leave an email.

The free starting point

Your answers stay on the page until you choose to send feedback. If you submit it, I save your choices, ratings, comments, time taken, and the date so I can improve the pilot. I save your email with that feedback only if you ask me to follow up. Please avoid names or sensitive details in comments.

The worksheet

Your worksheet answers stay in your open browser page. They are not sent to me or saved in the site's database. If you download or print them, the copy is stored wherever you choose to save it.

The conversation plan exercise

Your plan answers stay in the open browser page. They are not sent to me or saved in the site's database. The PDF is made on your device. If you choose email, text, or device sharing, your plan opens in another app and that provider or recipient may keep a copy. Downloading or copying also creates a copy under your control. Your browser or device may retain its own history or temporary copies.

Email updates

The separate email form saves the address you enter, the page where you signed up, the date, and your permission to receive occasional notes about free practices and coaching. It does not save your worksheet answers or starting-point choices. Giving an email is optional and no automatic message is sent yet. If you ask to stop updates below, that address is marked as opted out.

Who handles the information

I use the information to run and improve the pilot, respond to your interest, and send the updates you requested once email is set up. Cloudflare hosts this site and its database. Stripe processes payments and payment receipts when checkout is available. Zoho Mail handles messages you send me; Zoho Calendar handles bookings; Zoho ZeptoMail sends access links when paid access is available. Payment and access records include your checkout email, payment identifiers, purchase and expiry dates, and whether you started the tool. They do not include your plan answers. I do not publish your submissions to other visitors. Clicking Instagram or TikTok takes you to those services and their own privacy practices.

How long it stays

I keep pilot feedback while evaluating the pilot and keep email opt-ins while you want updates. I review stored information and remove it when it is no longer needed. You can ask to stop email updates, see what I hold, correct it, or request deletion below. I may need to verify that an address is yours before sharing or deleting its information.

Cookies and payments

This site currently has no advertising tracker added by me. The hosting service may use technical information needed to serve and protect the site. Booking a conversation opens Zoho Calendar, which asks for your name and email, verifies the booking, and sends appointment details. When checkout is available, you pay on Stripe's hosted page; this site does not collect card numbers. A secure, necessary cookie keeps you signed in to the Conversation Plan after you use an emailed access link.
