Conversation Plan

The Conversation Plan costs $29 as a one-time purchase. It gives you unlimited use of the guided tool for 60 days from purchase, with no automatic renewal. You can keep any conversation cards or PDFs you download during that period. Your answers remain in your browser and are not stored on the site; closing the page may erase them. Access is sent by email to the address you enter at checkout, and you can request a fresh sign-in link during your access period.

Conversation Plan refunds

Request a refund within 24 hours of purchase if you have not started a plan. We count a plan as started when you choose a purpose inside the guided tool; we record that time, not your answers. If access fails and we cannot fix it, contact us so we can make it right, including a refund when appropriate. Email the address above with the email used at checkout.

Coaching series

The first 30-minute introductory conversation is free. If we both decide to proceed, the founding series is $300 total for three 50-minute individual sessions. Payment is arranged after the introduction. If the series ends early, the refund is generally $100 for each paid session not delivered, with room to address extenuating circumstances. A completed paid session accounts for $100 of the series price.

Scheduling

Please give at least 48 hours’ notice when you need to reschedule. A change with less notice may carry a $25 fee depending on the circumstances. A missed session or arrival 15 minutes or more late carries a $25 fee. A missed session can be rescheduled and does not count as a delivered coaching session. We will consider unexpected circumstances individually.

Scope and support

Coaching is individual reflection and skill development. It is not therapy, diagnosis, crisis care, or couples counseling.
